"Got here way sooner than I thought"
I ordered this last minute, so I figured it probably wouldn’t make it in time, actually, I was almost sure it wouldn’t. But then it shipped really fast and ended up showing up a few days early. The tracking was easy to follow too, which helped. Overall, I was really happy with how smooth and quick everything was.

"Pretty good deal overall"
I thought the price was fair for what I got. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy when I ordered it, especially since I was just trying to replace something I’d been meaning to deal with for a while, but it actually looks nice and doesn’t feel cheap. Overall, I’m happy with the value.

"Really clear photo with great little details"
The photo came out much clearer than I thought it would. Even the tiny little details, like the small lines and edges, showed up nicely. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

"Such a beautiful little locket"
I ordered a photo locket from PicturesOnGold, i felt so happy when I opened it. It has a really nice weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The photo inside came out much clearer than I expected, which made it feel really special.
I’ve worn it a few times already, and it still looks brand new. The engraving was neat and clean too, which meant a lot to me. For the price, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality, and I’d definitely order again

"They replied, but it felt a bit condescending"
It took a while for support to get back to me, and they did eventually answer my question. I just didn’t love the tone, it kind of felt like they were talking down to me instead of just helping.

"Engraving turned out just right"
I was a little nervous about the spelling on the engraving, but when it arrived, everything was exactly right. Such a relief to see it come out perfectly!

"Nice gift, but the photo could’ve been better"
My mom did like the picture necklace and she wears it here and there, so I’m glad about that. Not saying it’s a scam, but the photo came out darker than I expected, which was a little disappointing. Overall she was happy enough with it, I just hoped it would look a bit better.

It showed up packed really neatly, and it actually looked great when I opened it. I know packaging isn’t always a huge deal, but it kind of makes the whole thing feel more exciting, like opening a little gift. Anyway, I got distracted for a second because my dog was trying to steal the box, but overall the presentation was really nice...

"Almost too many choices"
They give you so many ways to customize the pendant that it took me a little while to decide, which is kind of their fault for having so many good options. I liked being able to adjust the photo crop and add engraving too. Ordering was easy once I made up my mind, and it came out exactly how I wanted.

"showed up right on time"
i ordered from PicturesOnGold.com and my main concern was whether it would arrive when they said it would. it ended up showing up right on the date they gave me, maybe even a little earlier than i expected. the tracking updated without any issues and the package arrived in good shape. super easy and no stress, which i really appreciated. i’d definitely order again
